Tahbony Training and Assessment (now Key Training Solutions) was founded in 2000. Tahbony became a Registered Training Organisation (Provider Number 91762) in 2010 and has since been delivering quality nationally accredited workplace training courses.

 

Murray has a sound knowledge of the industry with over 40 years experience within mining and construction industry.

Murray employs a team of highly professional and knowledge trainers and assessors to conduct training and assessment for our clients. Murray only recruits trainers and assessors who meet the requirements of the Standards for Registered Training Organisation’s 2015. He ensures that they have:  

• The vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed; 

• Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided; 

• Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; and 

• Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment. 

• At least 3 years of current work experience. 

 

Murray also ensures that all trainers and assessors undertake professional development in the fields of: 

• Knowledge and practice of vocational training, and  

• Learning and assessment including competency-based training and assessment.
